The Youngs (of Rising Sun, MD) were on their way to visit their daughter and
her family in Danville IL, after which they were to visit another daughter and
her family. Mr. Young had retired 10 years prior to the crash as
quartermaster of the VA hospital in Perry Point, MD.
This was the Young's
first trip on an airplane.
